Any Questions? Ask Us!!
No, we cut grass according to the needs of your property. Some properties will require weekly cutting, while others can be cut on a bi-weekly basis. As the drought of 2023 has demonstrated, weather also plays a big factor in how often grass will need to be cut.

However, if we are asked to skip a scheduled service and the grass becomes overgrown, we charge an additional 20% for that cut. Overgrown grass is time consuming, leaves unsightly clippings on the lawn, and is harder on mowing equipment.
We evaluate overgrown properties on a case by case basis. Some lawns are simply too overgrown, and have too much hidden debris for even large commercial mowers. In these cases, we have to use a brush cutter or tractor with a flail mower. Payment for overgrown properties is required upon completion of work.
